What to expect

  1. 1Fast triageInjuries get looked at quickly — tell the front desk what happened and we prioritise accordingly.
  2. 2Imaging if neededDigital X-ray is on site, so you find out whether it is broken during the same visit.
  3. 3TreatmentStitches, glue, splints, boots and slings — applied here, with the supplies to take home.
  4. 4Follow-upWe arrange orthopaedic referral if you need one and can do your recheck here in a few days.

When to go to the emergency room instead

Chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness or confusion, a serious head injury, or any symptom that feels life-threatening — call 911 or go to the nearest ER. We'd rather you be safe.
