Injuries
Twisted an ankle on the trail? Sliced a finger cooking? We handle the injuries that hurt too much to ignore but don't need an emergency room.
What we treat
- Sprains and strains
- Simple fractures and splinting
- Cuts needing stitches or glue
- Minor burns
- Back and neck strain
- Sports injuries
- Foreign object removal
- Wound care and dressing changes
What to expect
- 1Fast triage — Injuries get looked at quickly — tell the front desk what happened and we prioritise accordingly.
- 2Imaging if needed — Digital X-ray is on site, so you find out whether it is broken during the same visit.
- 3Treatment — Stitches, glue, splints, boots and slings — applied here, with the supplies to take home.
- 4Follow-up — We arrange orthopaedic referral if you need one and can do your recheck here in a few days.
When to go to the emergency room instead
Chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness or confusion, a serious head injury, or any symptom that feels life-threatening — call 911 or go to the nearest ER. We'd rather you be safe.
